We're building the legal-grade backbone for India's fractional real estate.
Acerly exists because Indian capital is trapped between a speculative casino and a fortress no one can afford. We are building the missing middle — a compliance-first SPV infrastructure that lets serious investors take serious positions in serious assets, without the brokerage chains and document-discovery nightmares that ordinary private pools require.
Our thesis
India's next decade of wealth creation will not come from a derivatives ticket or a 34x HPI metro flat. It will come from compliant, structured access to professionally managed real assets — and from the operating infrastructure that makes that access trustworthy at scale.
How we make decisions.
Legal infrastructure first
Every product decision starts from what is enforceable under Indian law, not from what is technically possible on a ledger.
Curate supply, aggressively
Bad supply hurts investors more than low supply. Rejection is a product feature.
Gate demand, honestly
Real demand is KYC-complete, suitability-matched, and capital-ready. We don't ship vanity waitlists.
Cash never touches us
Investor capital lives in independent escrow. Our economics are setup, admin, and success — never float.
Over-document on purpose
Ownership clarity is the single most important trust signal. We err on the side of more paper, not less.
